Eliminating Unproductive Time While Assuring Consistent Customer Treatment

I will evaluate the process you want to improve by using an un-intrusive video capture of your key customer contact points. I will revise your process maps to combine, add or delete current steps. I will train key managers and employees by Skype or FaceTime. I will follow-up to assure success and plan follow-up video sessions if changes are necessary. 

Automotive Sales and Service Skills Training

No time away from dealership. By using FaceTime or Skype we will still have interactive sessions and role-playing with out the expense or time associated with travel.
